Drop-In Anchors and Accessories

The Drop-In anchor is a two-step installation anchor that expands using a setting tool. It has a female internal thread that accepts standard UNC threaded rods from 1/4" to 3/4", and it installs flush. Available diameters range from 1/4" to 3/4". The Drop-In anchor is made of sturdy steel and requires an expansion tool for its installation.

Installation Guide

1. Drill an appropriate size hole into the base material.
2. Insert the Drop-in into the drilled hole.
3. Insert the Setting tool into the Drop-in anchor and tap it in with a hammer to expand the anchor. Once expanded, remove Setting tool.
4. Insert the bolt through the object you need to affix and insert them into the Drop-In anchor. Using a wrench, turn clockwise until firmly set.
